After research, i found 7 'up and coming' bands of 2012 that matched the sound that out magazine related to and bands that would intrest our target market/audience. Offering advice and infomation is desirable within a magazine as people feel involved in the gossip and lives of the artists the love to listen too.
I added witty and easy to read captions as our target audience is more likely to me a young generation, meaning a formal text would be less appealing. Easy reading makes things more intresting and 'hooking' making it more likely that the reader will come back to our magazine monthly.
Adding in Gossip gives the 'exclusivity' factor to the magazine and talking about the artsist whereabouts, like tours and new albums gives important infomation to the fans/readers!
